Deposits
Due to too many cancellations at the last minute, I am now charging a deposit fee.  I know, I hate doing it, but when someone cancels at the last minute after booking a party it immediately makes that date unavailable for anyone else.  And since there are only a few days a week a party can take place, it is unfair to me, my family & other potential parties to have these cancellations.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and is applied towards the total party cost.

Re-Scheduling
The deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel the reservation you completely forfeit the deposit paid. You do have the option to re-schedule the Party for a different time and/or date (availability permitting) at no cost as long as you provide at least 14 days notice in writing prior to the original confirmed reservation.

If you wish to re-schedule the Party for a different time and/or date (availability permitting) on shorter notice (7-13 days prior to the original confirmed reservation will be subjected to a $50 administrative fee)

Under 7 days notice & same day cancellations and “no-show” the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Re-scheduled party dates must be held within 3 months of the original date reserved.
